At Cabinetkart, all our products and services are custom-made based on individual requirements, including dimensions, finishes, and configurations. Because of this, our refund and cancellation policy is designed accordingly.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Design Confirmation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking or before design work begins.
  • Any payment made will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

After Design Confirmation

  • Once design is finalized and approved, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Design, planning, and production resources are already allocated at this stage.

2. Custom Product Orders

  • All modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior units are made-to-order.
  • Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • No refunds will be issued for custom-built products.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Order not processed due to technical error from our side
  • Service not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances from our end

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in color/finish due to screen differences
  • Custom size or specification dissatisfaction after approval

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Amount will be credited back to the original payment method
  • Payment gateway charges and processing fees may be deducted

5. Installation & Service Issues

If you face any issue during installation or delivery:

  • Report within 48 hours of installation
  • Our team will inspect and resolve the issue
  • If required, repairs or replacements will be arranged

Refunds are generally not provided for service-related issues, but we ensure proper resolution.

6. Damages & Defects

  • Any manufacturing defects must be reported immediately upon delivery
  • We will repair or replace the affected components after verification
  • Claims made after installation completion may not be accepted
