At Cabinetkart<\/strong>, all our products and services are custom-made based on individual requirements<\/strong>, including dimensions, finishes, and configurations. Because of this, our refund and cancellation policy is designed accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before Design Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking<\/strong> or before design work begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any payment made will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    After Design Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Once design is finalized and approved, cancellation is not allowed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Design, planning, and production resources are already allocated at this stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      2. Custom Product Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • All modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior units are made-to-order<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No refunds will be issued for custom-built products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        3. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Duplicate payment made by mistake<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Order not processed due to technical error from our side<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Service not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances from our end<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Note:<\/strong> Refunds are not applicable<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Change of mind after order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Minor variations in color\/finish due to screen differences<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Custom size or specification dissatisfaction after approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4. Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            • Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201310 working days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Amount will be credited back to the original payment method<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Payment gateway charges and processing fees may be deducted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              5. Installation & Service Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              If you face any issue during installation or delivery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Report within 48 hours of installation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Our team will inspect and resolve the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • If required, repairs or replacements will be arranged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Refunds are generally not provided for service-related issues<\/strong>, but we ensure proper resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                6. Damages & Defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                • Any manufacturing defects must be reported immediately upon delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • We will repair or replace the affected components after verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Claims made after installation completion may not be accepted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
